Milwaukee-based Madisen Maher Architects has been chosen to design Klement Sausage Company’s new corporate headquarters when the company moves to the Pabst Professional Center.

“We are proud to support Klement’s reputation of fresh, wholesome and delicious food and their long-term commitment to the city of Milwaukee,” said Erik Madisen, president of Madisen Maher Architects. “This move supports Klement’s smart growth plans in a LEED-ND and green building.”

Klement announced at the end of September it would move its corporate offices from 2324 S. Burrell St. in Bay View and lease 40,000 square feet in the Pabst Professional Center downtown.

The sausage company will occupy the fourth floor of the center, which is now at 75 percent occupancy.  The move will be complete in early 2016.

The new location will be home to most of Klement’s executive team as well as sales, marketing, finance, IT, planning and customer support staff.  The company’s manufacturing plants will remain at the Lincoln and Chase Avenue locations.
