Sterling Investments has submitted plans to the city of Waukesha for “Clearpoint,” a 110,000-square-foot building on a vacant site northwest of North Main Street and North Barstow Street, adjacent to Main Street Plaza. The building would have 56 one-bedroom, one bath units and eight two-bedroom, two-bath units.

The 98 covered parking spaces would be located in a lower level and on the first floor with apartments on floors two through five, according to plan submitted to the city.

The Waukesha Plan commission will consider the proposal Aug. 24.
