Badger Alloys Inc., full-service sand-casting foundry based in Milwaukee, has added Antonio Melendez, PhD, as foundry engineer after serving as technical design engineer at Spokane Industries in Spokane, Washington since 2010. He received his doctorate degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Iowa in 2009, where he focused on solidification and casting simulation.
