Airoldi Brothers NationaLease acquires six locations

Truck rental, leasing and service company Airoldi Brothers NationaLease has acquired six locations from McCoy NationaLease throughout Wisconsin.

Both Airoldi Brothers and McCoy are NationaLease affiliates and operate independently under NationaLease. The acquired locations are in Janesville, Appleton, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Rockford, Illinois and Minneapolis.

“This sale will expand Airoldi’s reach in the market and our footprint in the industry, allowing us to service more prospective customers, continue to support existing clients, and provide job opportunities in local markets,” Airoldi Brothers owner Cheri Airoldi said in a statement.

Airoldi will now have two Appleton locations with the new Appleton office expanding service operations in the area and managing different maintenance roles. The Milwaukee McCoy location will be merged into Airoldi’s existing Milwaukee office.

The offices in Rockford, Minneapolis and Green Bay will serve as new business locations for the company. Airoldi’s new Green Bay location will help the company service customers who were hard to serve in the past with a primary Milwaukee location.

Airoldi will retain employees at recently acquired locations and plans to hire even more employees, the company said in a press release.

“We have the ability to extend our customer-centric support model to a group of existing customers and continue our longevity in the truck leasing industry,” Airoldi Brothers owner Mike Airoldi said in a statement.

Airoldi Brothers now has eight locations across three states including in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Oak Creek, Janesville, Madison, Appleton, Kenosha, LaCrosse, Rockford, Illinois and Minneapolis, Minnesota

NationaLease is one of the largest full-service truck leasing organizations in North America. The company is composed of more than 140 independent businesses and 900 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
