Nicole Davis, vice president of marketing at Wauwatosa-based commercial real estate development firm Irgens, has been instrumental in launching several high-impact marketing initiatives, according to Andrew Bainbridge, vice president of operations and continuity at Irgens.
Those initiatives include a comprehensive rebranding campaign and a successful digital marketing strategy.
“Her efforts have led to measurable improvements in client engagement and market presence,” Bainbridge said. “Nicole is integral to the success of our marketing team and the entire organization. Her influence extends across all departments, including development, leasing, financing, investment, and day-to-day operations.”
Davis is often sought out by colleagues for her creativity, writing skills and extensive resources, he added.
Davis also has volunteered for numerous community initiatives, including serving as a Junior Achievement teacher, PTO president, a youth soccer coach, a Girl Scouts leader, a volunteer at her church and a school organizer and volunteer for her children.
