Justyce Dixon has made a visible impact on Milwaukee-based design engineering firm GRAEF since joining the company in 2021.
Under her guidance, GRAEF’s social media accounts have grown by 5,000-plus followers, website visitors have increased by more 10,000 year-over-year, and the company has expanded its public relations audience and value. Dixon has also helped draw attention to GRAEF’s new headquarters office at The Avenue in downtown Milwaukee through high-profile events, including Westown’s Milwaukee Night Market, Doors Open Milwaukee and the firm’s grand reopening party.
GRAEF’s marketing pursuit leader Lauren Sandstrom described Dixon as a “force in the marketing industry, having propelled the GRAEF marketing team and company to unprecedented success.”
This year, Dixon became the first-ever marketing communications professional at GRAEF to be named an associate, allowing her to own stock in the firm.
