A 30-year-old, 30,500-square-foot office building in the Town of Brookfield has been acquired by its lender in a deed in lieu of foreclosure action, according to state records. The building, located on a 2.2-acre site at 20965 Crossroads Circle, was acquired by Aurora, Illinois-based Old Second National Bank from Larry Garland of Glencoe, Illinois, according
