Erica Joyce, a licensed insurance agent and commercial lines manager at Mequon-based Mid-State Insurance, believes that by getting to know her clients she can assess their individual insurance needs and customize their insurance coverage. She has 14 years of experience and specializes in insuring condominium associations.
As a commercial lines manager for the past year, Joyce serves as the primary point of contact for clients. She is also responsible for managing the commercial lines department, overseeing the work of team members and focusing on the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
“Beyond her professional commitments, Erica is actively engaged in her local community. She is an essential part of BNI’s leadership team and has served as an ambassador for the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce since 2013, demonstrating her dedication to community involvement,” said Alyssa Buth, director of marketing for Mid-State Insurance.
This year, Joyce was chosen to serve as president-elect by the board of directors for the Community Associations Institute of Wisconsin.
