In the 12 years she has been with M3 Insurance, Alicia Kiser, vice president of human resources, has made significant contributions to the agency, insurance industry, her colleagues and in the community, according to colleagues.
Kiser joined M3 as a human resources generalist in 2011 and was promoted to manager in 2014, director in 2017 and vice president in 2020. She was named an M3 partner and shareholder in 2021.
“Over the years, Alicia has built and leads a strong human resources and talent development team, and she has played an integral role in managing the agency’s rapid growth and change,” said Jordan Herbert, senior business development executive at M3.
Kiser also serves on the board of directors of Saint Camillus and the Waukesha County Community Foundation, and she is involved in committee work for the United Community Center. She was a cabinet member for the 2022 United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County community campaign and is a former board chair for Girls on the Run.
