The house on Woodlawn Circle was purchased by the Woodlawn Circle Trust. The trust lists an address in Austin, Texas.
The sellers are Beth Walsh and River Road Land LLC, which is registered to Walsh.
The two-story stone mansion was built in 2012, according to village records. It has a total living area of 8,842 square feet and has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.
Its assessed value is roughly $2.18 million, according to Waukesha County records.
The home is part of the Indian Hills Estates subdivision, state records indicate. According to its website, Indian Hills is one of the oldest suburban subdivisions in southeastern Wisconsin. It contains 119 residential lots, and is recognized for its landscaped lots, mature trees and a variety of architectural styles including Craftsman, Prairie Style, Modern, Revival, Tudor and others.
