Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Company announced that it has acquired Wisconsin Redevelopment LLC. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wisconsin Redevelopment is a full-service real estate development and consulting company known for leveraging state and federal tax credits for its affordable housing projects and repurposing of historic buildings.
