Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group is adding to the hot industrial market in Racine and Kenosha counties with construction of its fourth speculative industrial building in the Business Park of Kenosha. The 23,359-square-foot building is under construction at one of the few remaining industrial land sites in the 240-acre business park. Work is anticipated to finish
