EXACTA Corp. has moved its headquarters from Brookfield to the
Technology Innovation Research Center in the Milwaukee County Research Park in Wauwatosa.
EXACTA, which was located in Brookfield for 35 years, specializes in designing, developing and managing software solutions with a focus on serving Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
The company’s flagship product, Corporate Organizer CRM & More, is a subscription service that integrates contacts, multiple calendars, and corporate records, to channel sales, marketing, recruiting and administrative operations all on one platform.
EXACTA has 43 employees, eight of which will be located in the new office space at 10437 Innovation Drive in Wauwatosa. The new space is significantly smaller than its previous 10,000 square-foot office, said Rob Kochanski, EXACTA executive in charge of marketing and business development.
With a set of new neighbors, EXACTA hopes to engage in more collaborative work with the Technology Innovation Research Center’s startups and diverse tenants.
“Our new offices in a multi-tenant innovation center allows for more free exchange of ideas, potential leads and opportunities to test new software,” said Dennis Hill, Ph.D., president and senior software architect of EXACTA Corp. “This built-in advantage, coupled with a central location at the Milwaukee County Research Park, allows us to better serve clients who seek increasingly productive and competitive software solutions in the AI, 5G, and IoT spaces that apply to everyday business needs.”
Founded in 1976, EXACTA Corp. focuses on software innovation and product development, plus IT and STEM staff augmentation to assist larger, enterprise clients with design and management of their proprietary software.
EXACTA’s former office building, located at 16595 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield, is for sale. The company operated from the 10,000-square-foot facility since 1985.
