PartsBadger provides ordering of computer numerical control-manufactured parts as well as instant quoting online, CNC machining and finishing services, and lead times. Recently, PartsBadger opened a new 15,000-square-foot facility in Cedarburg and added casting and sheet metal services.
PartsBadger looks at revenue, on-time delivery, quality and innovative marketing to measure the company’s growth. To continue growing, PartsBadger is looking to add new services and increase its integration of artificial intelligence. Additionally, PartsBadger sees new opportunities in the macro-economic changes of the economy caused by millennials.
PartsBadger’s largest obstacle is battling the labor shortage and finding and keeping employees who fit in well with the company.
