Waukesha State Bank recently named Mondi Hernandez as assistant vice president – bank manager.
In her new position, Hernandez will continue to be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including business development, personnel management, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service at the Waukesha E. Racine Avenue office.
A native of Waukesha, Hernandez has nearly 15 years of industry experience and started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 2005. She has held varying positions at the bank including teller, assistant teller supervisor and personal banker before being promoted to bank manager of the former Silvernail Road office in 2014. She transitioned to bank manager of the W. Sunset Drive office in 2015 and then to the bank manager of E. Racine Avenue office in 2016. Hernandez holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside and is active in community organizations within Waukesha County serving on the Waukesha Choral Union board and volunteering with Hadfield Elementary School’s Reader’s Café and SecureFutures.
