Forward Careers, formerly known as Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington Workforce Development, recently appointed Cindy Simons as president.
Simons joined Forward Careers in 2007 and held several key positions of responsibility which gave her a thorough working knowledge of the organization’s mission and vision. She most recently served as operations manager.
