New Resources Consulting (NRC) in Milwaukee has hired Heather Potokar as its director of recruiting. In this role, Potokar will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring NRC’s recruiting team.
Potokar served in progressing roles for a global services management company, most recently as the recruiting center manager of their Midwest operations. With more than 10 years of experience, she has assisted in the development of account strategies, built and maintained relationships with consultants and candidates, and created and led company-wide training programs.
