Kohler Company based in Kohler has recently named Natalie Maciolek to the role of vice president – general counsel and corporate secretary. She assumed her new position in late November 2018, and reports to company president & CEO David Kohler.
In her role, Maciolek manages and oversees all legal matters of Kohler Co., and has global responsibility for all company attorneys, legal IP, internal audit and corporate governance. She also participates on Kohler’s corporate operating committee and executive management teams and assumes board of director administration responsibilities as corporate secretary.
Maciolek joined Kohler Co. as a senior staff attorney in 2013, progressing to lead attorney and, most recently, assistant general counsel. She has managed the global litigation docket and chaired the company’s corporate compliance committee.
She has nearly 15 years of legal experience since earning her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in 2001, and a juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin in 2004. Internally, Maciolek is an active participant in Kohler’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, and has also completed the Kohler Co. leadership forum and the Global Leadership Program. Prior to joining Kohler, she was a partner with Quarles and Brady LLP in Milwaukee.
