Irgens recently named Mark Nicholson the general manager of the new BMO Tower based on Water street, downtown Milwaukee. Nicholson also will serve as general manager for the current BMO building.
In his role, Nicholson will be responsible for day-to-day operations of both buildings. He will be involved in the construction related to occupancy of new users and integral to the on-site experience. He will serve as the point of contact for both buildings.
Nicholson has previously served as the general manager of a 200,000 square foot building where he managed $8.5 million in capital improvements and increased building occupancy by 30%. Prior to that, Nicholson oversaw the start-up of Milwaukee’s 833 East Michigan office building.
A senior management executive, Nicholson has broad experience in commercial real estate, specializing in the management of large Class A office properties for owners and third-party clients. His attention to detail and management skills have a proven track record of maximizing the value of clients’ assets.
Nicholson graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland with a bachelor of science in property management and valuation and began his career managing properties in the United Kingdom.
