Jaime Sackriso joins Community Care Inc.,Brookfield, as a marketing outreach specialist. She will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local community agencies, faith based organizations, physicians, nursing homes and adult family homes to promote Community Care Inc. as a vital community resource. There will be a special focus on educating professionals and community members about Community Care’s PACE program which is available in Milwaukee, Racine and Waukesha counties.
Education: bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh
