Menomonee Falls-based Macromatic Industrial Controls has hired Dave Nadolski as Controller. As member of the management team, he is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance focusing on the success of the organization as a whole. He is also entrusted with implementing improvements in systems and processes that impact all areas of Macromatic as well as overseeing many functions supporting the company’s operations. Nadolski will help Macromatic plan responsibly for the increased growth in sales and continue to aid the company in becoming the market leader in industrial controls.
