Rev. Elizabeth E.P. McCord has been named chaplain and director of spiritual life at Carroll University. She will provide the entire Carroll community with a spiritual presence and program leadership, and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local congregations and non-Âprofit organizations through service projects.
