Robert Fabian has joined GSF Mortgage, Brookfield, as a loan office. He has 12 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to originating mortgages, he worked in metal fabrication.He says that this experience gave him a hard-working, blue-collar mindset, which allows him to better relate to all of his customers, whether they are experienced in the homebuying process or if this is their first time. He believes education is the key to his customer’s success and he wants all of his customers to feel empowered and ready to purchase or refinance a home. Fabian continues to be a resource for his customers not only during the loan process, but also after they purchase or refinance their home as well.
