McClone, headquartered in Menasha, recently named Zachary Kaiser as strategic risk advisor. In this position, Kaiser will be responsible for developing and acquiring new business and managing relationships and retention of existing accounts. McClone employs individuals all over the state.
Prior to joining McClone in 2015, Kaiser gained experience developing new sales training techniques and conducting interviews. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and brings to his role a wealth of knowledge in creating and implementing effective client solution strategies and solving unique issues relating to human capital needs. Kaiser is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success as well as a member of the Marytown Warhawks in the East Shore Baseball League.
