Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 14 locations in Waukesha County, has hired Lynn Boelter as vice president – commercial banking officer.
Boelter has over 20 years of financial experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Prior to joining Waukesha State Bank, Boelter worked in commercial lending for JPMorgan Chase. She was a commercial lender for 15 years and a national credit curriculum manager for three, where she developed and delivered training to over 4,000 bankers nationwide. In her new role as vice president – commercial banking officer, Boelter will be responsible for prospecting, developing and managing commercial loan portfolios.
Lynn and her family currently reside in Oconomowoc, and she is actively involved in the community serving as a volunteer with the Oconomowoc School District and St. Jerome Catholic Church.
