VJS Construction Services (VJS), a general contracting, construction management, and design build firm located in Pewaukee, has promoted Sean Farchmin to Director of Field Operations, BIM Manager.
He has been with VJS for more than 12 years and has gained extensive experience in implementing tools utilized in the field to enhance operational effectiveness, identifying field operations solutions to improve productivity and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
In his new role, Farchmin will be responsible for developing best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency, monitoring key metrics and developing operational strategies for profitability, providing guidance and support to field staff, collaborating with the estimating department on project procurement and growing VJS’ self-performed operations.
