MILWAUKEE – Schenck SC is pleased to announce Amanda Falkowski has joined the firm as a Practice Consultant on the Health Services team. She will work with dentists who are looking for practice opportunities, guide practice owners in recruitment and preparing for practice transition or sale, and provide succession planning services to dentists.
Prior to joining Schenck, Falkowski worked as a practice placement coordinator with Marquette University’s School of Dentistry where she served as a resource for students, alumni and all dentists in career coaching and development, finding practice opportunities and working with dental practices in recruitment, partnerships, and transition advising and planning.
Falkowski has more than 15 years of experience as a human resources professional, specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as providing strategic communications guidance.
Falkowski is a member of Employee Best Practices, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Wisconsin Professional Recruiters Resource. She serves as board member and social media chair for Women for MACC, WGIRLS Milwaukee and Femfessionals. She is also actively involved with Make-a-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin, Sojourner Family Peace Center and Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation. Falkowski holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
