Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications (B+L) has promoted Garth Cramer to creative director. Cramer was previously the associate creative director.
Cramer’s new role will include increased oversight of the creative department. Cramer will remain heavily involved in a variety of agency accounts, including the Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau, Lakefront Brewery and North Shore Bank, among others.
