Waukesha-based OnCourse Learning, a leading provider of workforce solutions and professional trainer for the financial services, healthcare and real estate industries, has named David Shoemaker as its Chief Learning Officer.
Shoemaker will be responsible for establishing the vision and leadership for the development, delivery and user experience of the company’s learning products. Before joining OnCourse Learning, Shoemaker served as Vice President of Product Management in the Professional Development unit at Apollo Education Group. He previously served as Vice President for Learning Solutions and Innovation at eCornell.
