Schenck SC is pleased to announce Doug Bengson has joined the firm as Manager-Operations Consulting. He will serve clients firm-wide.
Bengson has nearly 30 years of experience leading profitability and working capital reduction improvement initiatives, primarily in manufacturing. He provides practical expertise in Lean Enterprise implementation, leverages technology to improve business processes, and provides coaching and training in leadership and communication.
Bengson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has AME Lean Bronze Level and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
