Carlos R. Pastrana joined Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan’s Milwaukee Office as an Associate in the labor and employment group. He handles matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, FMLA, wrongful termination, labor relations, unfair labor practices, unemployment insurance, workers compensation, workplace safety, and Federal contractor issues. Mr. Pastrana is deeply involved in the Greater Milwaukee community, particularly in the Hispanic community. He earned his J.D. at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in San Juan.
