DP Electronic Recycling Inc., of Elkhorn, has named Rex Welsh its new business relationship manager. Welsh has more than 35 years of sales and sales management experience. Prior to joining DP Electronic Recycling, he was vice president of business development for a software design company. He also has experience in information technology and asset management. In his new role, he will help provide e-waste solutions to new and existing clients.
