Bowls, a health-focused fast-casual restaurant in Walker’s Point will soon operate a location at the Mequon Public Market, which is set to open early this year at the Spur 16 project, Shaffer Development LLC announced today.

The restaurant, which first opened in 2017 at 207 W. Freshwater Way, offers a variety of smoothie-, grain- and green-based meals served as bowl-style dishes.

Owner Andy Larson said he was drawn to the Spur 16 project by its high-quality design and roster of tenants.
