Mason Street Grill will renovate, reopen with updated menu

Mason Street Grill, located within the Pfister hotel in downtown Milwaukee, will close Jan. 22 through Feb. 9 so the restaurant can undergo renovations as it approaches its 10th anniversary.

The renovations will include the addition of two separate chef’s counters, which will offer a special menu for guests seated there. The menu will feature seasonal ingredients while customers experience an interactive dining experience with the kitchen staff.

An emphasis will also be placed on artwork with designer and artist Linda Marcus, wife of Marcus CEO Greg Marcus, curating a collection of local and international art to be displayed throughout the restaurant.

New wood floors, updated seating and an upgraded wine room will also be part of the new design.

“We are excited to unveil a refreshed look for the restaurant, as well as an updated menu developed by executive chef Ramses Alvarez,” said Serkan Yorulmaz, Mason Street Grill general manager. “Our Mason Street Grill family is truly grateful for the past 10 years and we look forward to continuing to serve and be part of the fabric of the downtown neighborhood in the years to come.”
