Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin will open its two-story, 40,000 square-foot primary and specialty care clinic in Mequon on Aug. 1.
The clinic, located at 1655 W. Mequon Road, has been under construction since fall of 2015. It will feature expanded specialty services, an on-site lab, imaging and pharmacy services.
The new facility will house Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s North Shore Pediatrics and specialty care and urgent care services currently located at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s Fox Point Clinic. The Fox Point Clinic at 7950 N. Port Washington Road will close in August.
Children’s opened primary care clinics at multiple locations around the Milwaukee area over the past three years, including locations in Fox Point, the Northside YMCA, the COA Goldin Center and in Delafield.
The hospital system opened a clinic at Midtown Center in northwest Milwaukee earlier this month.
Children’s operates 15 specialty clinics, more than 20 primary care locations and three urgent care centers in southeast Wisconsin.
