David Olson, the former senior operations manager at Mayfair Mall, has been named general manager of The Corners of Brookfield.
Olson will manage all areas of the 750,000-square-foot mixed-use development.
“David’s local roots, industry expertise, operations knowledge and management experience will significantly benefit The Corners,”said Robert Gould, spokesman for Brookfield Corners, LLC.
The Corners, at Barker Road and I-94 in the Town of Brookfield, includes 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 244 apartments.
Confirmed tenants include a 140,000-square-foot Von Maur Department Store, a 30,000-square-foot Sendik’s Grocery Store, Anthropologie, Arhaus, Café Hollander, Evereve, Lululemon and Twigs.
The development is currently slated for a spring 2017 opening.
