Davis & Kuelthau absorbs Godfrey, Braun & Frazier

Davis & Kuelthau s.c. has absorbed Milwaukee law firm Godfrey, Braun & Frazier LLP, hiring all five of its attorneys and three of its four staff members.

Godfrey, Braun & Frazier attorneys Nicolas DiUlio, William Frazier, Marjorie Mitchell Greene, John Hein and Allen Salomon will all continue their practices under Davis & Kuelthau in Milwaukee and Brookfield. The team has been providing individual and corporate legal assistance for more than 75 years and specializes in corporate transactions and litigation for the manufacturing, food and beverage and transportation sectors.

Milwaukee-based Davis & Kuelthau is working to grow its presence in the Milwaukee and Green Bay markets, the company said in an announcement of the absorption, which became effective Feb. 8. It has also recently hired attorney Brian Pfeil, who was previously at McNally & Peterson; and over the past two years has hired 10 other attorneys in both markets who specialize in a variety of areas. D&K now has about 70 attorneys in offices in Milwaukee, Brookfield, Madison, Green Bay and Oshkosh.
