Two Milwaukee companies this week have announced expansions by opening offices in the western United States.
Ogden Commercial Real Estate announced its expansion into Arizona with an office in Scottsdale. The company hired Frank Demeter to join the Arizona office, “which has laid the foundation for a successful launch into the Arizona market.”
“We are excited for this great opportunity to expand our range of commercial services to brokerage, management, consulting and leasing services in the Arizona market,” the company said.
Derse, a face-to-face marketing firm, announced plans to open a new sales and design office in southern California. The company hired Mike Bartley to serve as divisional sales vice president. The office will temporarily be located in Irvine but will move into a new space in Orange County once staffing is established.
Beyond its Milwaukee headquarters, Derse has offices in Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Pittsburgh.
