WiRED Properties and Phelan Development plan to convert the former National Ace Hardware building at 1303 N. Fourth St. near Milwaukee’s Park East Corridor into office space with a bar and lounge on the first floor. There is also a restaurant planned for the property. Rinka Chung Architecture is the designer for the project.
