Four nearly-vacant office buildings on North Port Washington Road in Glendale will be sold in an online auction next month with a suggested opening bid of $750,000.
The buildings, totaling 28,385 square feet, are located at 6270-6310 N. Port Washington Rd., just east of Interstate 43, north of Bayshore Town Center.
Built in 1972, the buildings are partially leased and being marketed for future development that could include office, medical or retail or redevelopment for multi-family residential.

Northbrook, Ill.-based Hilco Real Estate will hold a one-day online auction Feb. 25 at auctions.hilcoreal.com.
