ATI Physical Therapy coming to Grafton

The Village of Grafton plan commission approved a zoning code amendment and conditional use permit for ATI Physical Therapy at 1367 Port Washington Road in the former Skin Deep Tanning & Aesthetics location. The 2,720-square-foot space will include a waiting area, treatment rooms, and open equipment area.  ATI has seven Wisconsin locations.

Russ Darrow Group opens Wauwatosa Kia Dealership

Russ Darrow Group recently opened a new building at 1901 N. Mayfair Rd. in Wauwatosa to house The Kia Gallery. The new facility includes a showroom, service department, café and children’s play area. In the spring, the original Kia dealership building, just south of the new location, will be razed and a new body shop will be constructed on the site, adding another 15 to 20 employees at the dealership.

Continental Properties moving forward with Kenosha apartments

North Shore Bank sold a 49-acre parcel northwest of Interstate 94 and Highway 50 in Kenosha to Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties, which plans to develop a 480-unit apartment project. The project will be completed in two phases, with the initial phase slated for 280 units.

La Fuente proposing banquet hall

The owners of La Fuente Mexican restaurant in Walker’s Point, want to renovate an adjacent building into a banquet hall, according to documents filed with the Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals. The building, at 607 S. 5th St., would have capacity for up to 460 people.  The board will review the proposal at its Jan. 14 meeting.

Auto body shop planned for Janesville Road in Muskego

Tess Corners Automotive are planning a 7,583-square-foot repair shop at the northwest corner of Janesville Road and Tess Corners Drive. The site is currently home to an antique store that would be removed. The Muskego Plan Commission will review the proposal Feb. 2
