Giacomo Fallucca, owner, president and chief executive officer of Palermo Villa Inc. will serve as the keynote speaker at the upcoming Manufacturing Matters! Conference in Milwaukee.
The annual Manufacturing Matters! event is hosted by the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and attracts more than 450 manufacturing professionals for networking and education. It includes a number of talks, workshops and tours divided into several tracks, such as “Growing Your Business” and “Transformational Change.” This year’s conference will be held on Feb. 24 and 25 at the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee.
Fallucca has led Palermo Villa, manufacturer of Palermo’s Pizza, since 1985. He also co-chairs the executive committee of Food and Beverage Wisconsin and Earn & Learn, a summer youth employee program in Milwaukee. He will discuss Milwaukee and Wisconsin’s manufacturing climates, and will explain how he has created a culture of innovation and employee engagement.
Other speakers at Manufacturing Matters! will include: Janice Lemminger, executive vice president at ManpowerGroup; Alan Petelinsek, CEO of Power Test Inc.; Shelley Jurewicz, executive director of FaB; and Dean Amhaus, president and CEO of The Water Council.
