Sean McCormick has been promoted to vice president of sales, and will become a member of the senior management team. He has worked at Inpro for 16 years in sales and sales management, most recently as domestic director of sales.

Ian Ryerson has been promoted to director of sales to replace McCormick, and will oversee five domestic sales regions for the company. Ryerson is a nine-year veteran of Inpro, working in sales, as product manager and then as sales manager for the company’s Clickeze Privacy Systems division.

All three promotions will take place on Jan. 1, 2016.

Finally, Inpro has hired Craig Faust as vice president of business development. Faust will be responsible for identifying and integrating new acquisitions. He currently serves as president of commercial and specialty printing at Quad/Graphics, and will join Inpro on Jan. 4, 2016.

Inpro manufactures door and wall protection, washroom systems, expansion joint systems, privacy systems, elevator protection systems and architectural signage. The company has added operations in Dubai and India and a sales presence in the Far East in the past few years. Over the past year, it has also acquired Fireline 520 and Hinkel Systems, and has launched its new Ascend Elevator Protection Systems division.

Currently, Inpro is building a new 36,000-square-foot production and shipping facility in Charlotte, N.C. that will be operational in early 2016.

“With the diversification and expansion of our business, we need to continue manning our operations to maximize current strengths and uncover new opportunities,” said Phil Ziegler, CEO. “The three internal promotions of Marc, Sean and Ian allow us to bring three seasoned, long-time mangers into new roles. The addition of Craig Faust will bring an extremely experienced outside executive’s perspective to look at other opportunities to expand our business.”
