Brad Witte will take over the role of Signicast’s chief operating officer immediately as Greg Gasper retires after 35 years with the Milwaukee-based investment casting company.
Gasper, who has worked in a number of positions throughout his career with Signicast, has been “instrumental” in shaping Signicast into a market leader, Todd McDonald, president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.
“We will always be grateful for his contributions to our business and wish him well in his retirement,” McDonald said.
Signicast has promoted Witte to chief operating officer. Witte has been with the company since 1992 and most recently served as vice president of facilities.
“Brad Witte has been a driving force in developing and automating manufacturing at Signicast since the day he first arrived in the maintenance area, helping to launch our first facility in Hartford,” McDonald said.
Signicast operates six casting plants at two sites in southeastern Wisconsin.
