Local McDonald’s restaurants will be among those serving all-day breakfast beginning Tuesday, Oct. 6, as the company rolls out the offering nationally in response to customer demand.
There are 125 McDonald’s restaurants in southeastern Wisconsin. Usually, breakfast service ends at 10:30 a.m., but starting Tuesday the restaurants will begin offering select breakfast items all day.
In Southeastern Wisconsin, the select items to be offered all day are McMuffin sandwiches, hotcakes platters, the sausage burrito, the fruit ‘n yogurt parfait, fruit & maple oatmeal and hash browns.
“We’re excited to offer our most popular breakfast items at any time of day. It’s something our customers have been asking for,” said Robert Pyles, a McDonald’s owner/operator with 15 restaurants in Milwaukee. “We appreciate and value customer feedback and we’re looking forward to offering them the ability to enjoy breakfast at McDonald’s anytime.”
Southeastern Wisconsin McDonald’s restaurants will be hosting a drawing for “Breakfast for Lunch for Ten” each week in October through its @McDonaldsMKE Twitter account. Restaurant employees will deliver breakfast for lunch to the winners with a “Breakfast Mobile” this month.
