Patty Johnson has been named president and chief operating officer of Ron Sonntag Public Relations Inc., Milwaukee. Ron Sonntag will assume the title and responsibilities of chairman and chief executive officer of the firm. Johnson, joined the staff in 1987, and previously held the title of executive vice president.
Waukesha-based the Roberts Group, a full-service health care marketing agency, has added Denise Cobb Mueller as a senior creative writer. Mueller has 16 years of copywriting experience.

Platypus Advertising and Design, Pewaukee, recently added Steve Kabelowsky as a content strategist. Kabelowsky was formerly with WISN-TV Channel 12 in Milwaukee. His primary focus was WISN.com and other digital media sources.
