U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC has named Angie Pingel vice president and legal compliance officer. Pingel will specialize in registered proprietary fund and multiple series trust regulation and provide counsel on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related securities laws to clients.

“Angie brings more than 15 years of experience in the mutual fund and general securities industries to U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Her depth of experience and knowledge will provide additional support and expertise to our clients,” said Jeanine Bajczyk, senior vice president and director of the legal administration department at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.

Pingel rejoined U.S. Bancorp Fund Services after serving as vice president and securities counsel at a registered investment adviser where she also served as secretary of a $10 billion mutual fund complex. From 2004 to 2007, she was a senior member of the U.S. Bancorp Fund Services Legal Administration department.

Pingel spent two years representing financial companies at a Milwaukee law firm and nine years as vice president and director of investment operations at a mid-size investment adviser and broker-dealer.

First Bank Financial Centre has named Brian Groth vice president and commercial lender. Groth’s focus is family owned companies throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

James Lange has been named vice president of commercial real estate by North Shore Bank. Lange, who works out of the bank’s corporate office at 15700 W. Bluemound Rd. in Brookfield, has been with North Shore Bank for eight years, and previously served as a business banking officer.
