Holey Moley to support UPAF campaign with doughnut sales

Holey Moley is dedicating its doughnuts to a community cause throughout April as it supports United Performing Arts Fund’s 2015 campaign through an initiative dubbed “The DOUGHnate to the Performing Arts” program.

All month, the craft doughnut shop, which belongs to Milwaukee-based restaurant group Hospitality Democracy, is donating $5 of every $25 order of branded UPAF doughnuts to the campaign. The 2015 fundraiser, grounded by a $11.86 million goal, advances UPAF’s mission to ensure the health of area performing arts groups.

Holey Moley’s promotion will give patrons a chance to back the performing arts sector and local business at the same time, said Tom Cardella, a UPAF campaign co-chair and president and chief executive officer of Tenth & Blake Beer Company.

“We’re so thankful to operate in a great city with partners like hospitality Democracy that understand the importance of the arts, not only personally, but as a business,” Cardella said in a press release.

The shop’s promotional doughnuts, which will be topped off with UPAF’s logo, must be preordered at least one day in advance. Orders, which can be secured at www.holeymoleydoughnuts.com, can be picked up at Holey Moley’s Third Ward location, 316 N. Milwaukee St., or delivered to destinations in a limited area.
