Bradley Corporation has opened its new Germantown plant, a 190,000-square-foot facility in Germantown Business Park.
The new building replaces a smaller Milwaukee facility Bradley had been leasing. It will be the primary plant for manufacturing the company’s commercial washroom products.
There are about 100 employees at the Germantown plant and 330 at the Menomonee Falls headquarters and manufacturing facility. There are also 80 Bradley employees in Ohio.
“This new facility and the people who work in it every day are a testament to our commitment to being an American manufacturing company,” said Jon Dommisse, director of global marketing and strategic development. “We look forward to Bradley’s next 90 years of innovation in America and abroad.”
Gov. Scott Walker visited the new facility for a ribbon cutting on July 2. He highlighted the $540,000 in economic development tax credits the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation granted to Bradley for the $12 million project.
“The Bradley Corporation is a classic Wisconsin manufacturing business,” Governor Walker said. “It’s a five generation family operation whose success is built on innovation and dedication from hard-working employees. I’m thrilled to be here as the company expands into its next phase.”
