Laughlin Constable acquires Fullhouse

Laughlin Constable, an independent full-service marketing communications agency with offices in Milwaukee, Chicago and New York, has acquired digital marketing agency Fullhouse of Milwaukee.

The combination immediately strengthens the digital offerings for Fullhouse and Laughlin Constable.

Fullhouse chief executive officer Glenn Kleiman said, “This is a great fit. It gives Fullhouse clients more depth and services, and it provides growth opportunities for our employees.”

Kleiman founded the agency in 1989, and Fullhouse grew to offer a full range of interactive services including website design and management, custom application development and experiential marketing.

Laughlin Constable partner Steve Laughlin said, “We’re riding a wave created by the flood of mobile devices, social media and the need for more branded content going into more channels. We flat out need to expand and deepen our talent base. Fullhouse has a great reputation for creativity, production and technical skills, and will be a fantastic complement to our strong digital team.”

Laughlin Constable’s clients include Master Lock, Bon-Ton Stores, McDonald’s, Associated Bank, Aurora Health Care, The Skin Cancer Foundation, SERVPRO Industries and University of Illinois Medical Center.
Fullhouse’s clients include MillerCoors, GE Healthcare, Johnson Controls and Abbott Laboratories.

The combination brings Laughlin Constable’s total employment to more than 200. The Fullhouse staff in Chicago and Milwaukee will relocate to Laughlin Constable’s offices in those cities.

Laughlin Constable has seen dramatic growth of its digital services, including websites, e-commerce, mobile, social and search, over the past few years as they become increasingly critical to the agency’s Full Circle Branding programs.
